September 2011
Dear Friends,
I have always found September to be a month of contrasts– the return to a familiar routine after the summer, and also the beginning of new things.
This September will follow that pattern and the month will span both the familiar and the foreign. I will spend some time at my home in the Hudson Valley. It is the perfect place to work on a new novel, with a view of the majestic Hudson River just outside the living room windows.
I will also travel this month, to a new place for me – Istanbul! And research continues for the sequel to The Explorer’s Code.
I wish you a month filled with the best of the season – the joy of the familiar, as well as the thrill of new exploration.
Have a lovely September!
Kitty
